The game in Dniprodzerzhynsk supposed to be quite interesting. Sixth ranked BC Donetsk (3-1) played at the court of 8th ranked DniproAzot (1-3). BC Donetsk smashed DniproAzot 80-59 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by BC Donetsk. DniproAzot managed to win fourth quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Defending champion moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Khimik. DniproAzot lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth position with three games lost. They share it with BC Odessa. BC Donetsk is looking forward to face Dnipro (#12) in Dnepropetrovsk in the next round and are hoping to win another game. DniproAzot will play at home against the league's leader Azovmash in Mariupol and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
