Everything went according to plan in Dnepropetrovsk where fifth ranked BC Donetsk (4-1) beat 12th ranked Dnipro (1-5) 67-50 on Friday. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 40-21 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. BC Donetsk outrebounded Dnipro 42-25 including a 34-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American guard Ramel Curry (192-80, college: CSU Bakersfield) who scored 18 points.
