Second ranked Statyba (5-1) crushed at home 15th ranked Silute (1-5) by 33 points 99-66, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. The game without a history. Statyba led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Silute's 40. Statyba forced 24 Silute turnovers and outrebounded them 36-24 including 22 on the defensive glass. Point guard Ovidijus Varanauskas (187-91) scored 17 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and forward Karolis Brusokas (200-91) chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds during the contest.
