A very interesting game took place in Ankara. It ended with only one-point defeat on the road of bottom-ranked Antalya (0-2) to fifteenth ranked Turk Telekom (1-1) 76-75 on Saturday evening. Antalya was ahead by 1 point after three quarters before a 18-16 charge of Turk Telekom, which allowed them to win the game. American point guard Dee Brown (185-84, college: Illinois, agency: Priority Sports) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 assists to lead the effort and Slovenian power forward Miha Zupan (205-82) supported him with 17 points and 12 rebounds. Even 17 points and 6 rebounds by American power forward Warren Carter (205-85, college: Illinois, agency: Edge Sports) did not help to save the game for Antalya. The former international Reha Oz (200-78) added 14 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Turk Telekom left bottom position moving up to fifth place, which they share with 7 other teams. Antalya at the other side still closes the standings with two games lost. Turk Telekom's next round opponent will be higher ranked Karsiyaka (#4) on the road and it may be quite challenging game. Antalya will play against Aliaga (#8).
