Undefeated leader Meridiana NS delivered the fourth consecutive victory on Wednesday night. This time they beat 6th ranked Crnokosa (1-3) 97-84 in Kosjeric. Crnokosa was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Meridiana NS forced 20 Crnokosa turnovers and outrebounded them 34-17 including 23 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a quality performance of guard Marko Savic (197-87) who helped to win the game recording 29 points and Ivan Djurovic who added 22 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Meridiana NS players scored in double figures. At the losing side center Bojan Stanojevic (205-88) responded with 31 points and guard Nenad Kasabasic (190-84) scored 20 points and 4 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Meridiana NS have a solid four-game winning streak. Newly promoted Meridiana NS maintains first position with 4-0 record. Loser Crnokosa dropped to the tenth place with three games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams.
