A very close game took place in Leipzig between BG Karlsruhe and USC Leipzig. Second ranked BG Karlsruhe (5-1) got a very close victory on the road over 16th ranked USC Leipzig (1-5). BG Karlsruhe managed to escape with a 1-point win 91-90 on Saturday evening. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. BG Karlsruhe will meet at home Ehingen/Urspringschule (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. USC Leipzig will play against NBC (#3) in Nurnberg.
