Regular Season Round 4: Vrsac - Konstantin 72-71

Very important is a road loss of third ranked Konstantin (2-2) against tenth ranked Vrsac (2-2) on Saturday night. Visiting Konstantin was edged by Vrsac in a tough game in Vrsac 71-72. Konstantin was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 10-point lead after three quarters before a 26-15 charge of Vrsac, which allowed them to win the game. Vrsac outrebounded Konstantin 40-26 including a 35-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Montenegrin power forward Nemanja Radovic (206-91, agency: Beo Basket) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds and swingman Djordje Milosevic (198-93) who added 16 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Five Vrsac players scored in double figures. At the losing side Filip Dumic responded with 20 points and power forward Ilija Cvetkovic (207-88, agency: Prossin Sports Management) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Vrsac moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Konstantin. Vrsac will meet bottom-ranked Smederevo Vizura (#14) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Konstantin will play against Borac (#11) in Cacak and hope to secure a win.
