The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Euroins Cherno More as it allowed them to take a leadership position after previous leader's (Balkan) loss. Euroins Cherno More defeated second-ranked Beroe in Varna 69-62. Beroe was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Newly promoted Beroe still closes the standings with one game lost. Beroe will play next round against Tundja Yambol trying to get back on the winning streak.
