Regular Season Round 15: BC Kyiv - Dnipro 67-75

No shocking result in a game when eleventh ranked Dnipro (3-6) defeated on the road bottom-ranked BC Kyiv (1-8) 75-67. BC Kyiv was ahead by 7 points after three quarters before a 26-11 charge of Dnipro, which allowed them to win the game. They outrebounded BC Kyiv 40-28 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for international power forward Maxym Korniyenko (204-87) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 16 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Australian-Dutch power forward Daniel Kickert (208-83, college: St.Mary's, CA) contributed with 22 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. International forward Vyacheslav Bobrov (201-92) answered with 15 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Anthony Goods (191-87, college: Stanford) added 15 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for BC Kyiv. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Dnipro moved-up to tenth place. BC Kyiv at the other side stay at the bottom position with eight games lost. Dnipro will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. BC Kyiv will play at home against Azovmash (#4) in Mariupol to get more than just one victory in their record.
