2.Bundesliga top team - TV Saarlouis Royals (5-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed ninth ranked TSV Amicitia (1-4) in Viernheim 79-55. American forward Colleen Planeta (188-88, college: Point Loma) nailed a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side and her fellow American import point guard Merideth Marsh (169-88, college: Vanderbilt) accounted for 18 points and 5 rebounds. American swingman Kellindra Zackery (182, college: Newman) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and power forward Jeanne Wilson (190) added 7 points and 12 rebounds respectively for TSV Amicitia in the defeat. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for TV Saarlouis Royals. They maintain first place in South with 5-0 record. Loser TSV Amicitia keeps the ninth position with four games lost. TV Saarlouis Royals will meet at home Friendsfactory Germering (#6) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. TSV Amicitia will play against Bad Aibling and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
