An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Copenhagen. Top-ranked SISU faced 3rd ranked Falcon. Host SISU (6-0) defeated guests from Falcon (4-2) 65-49. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Falcon. The game without a history. SISU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Falcon to just 7 points in second quarter. SISU forced 19 Falcon turnovers and outrebounded them 44-28 including a 31-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Trine Duelund (182-84) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Camilla Blands (180-85, college: Alabama) chipped in 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American center Trenice Fuller (193-87, college: Hofstra) who recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds and forward Melanie Elmgreen (174-92) added 8 points and 4 steals respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. SISU have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 6-0 record. Falcon at the other side keeps the third place with two games lost. SISU are looking forward to face Vaerlose (#5) at home in the next round. Falcon will play against Horsens and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
