Very predictable result when fifth ranked Timisoara (6-2) rolled over at home 10th ranked CSU Sibiu (3-5) 85-66 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Timisoara. CSU Sibiu was better in fourth quarter 28-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American forward Dominique Archie (200-87, college: S.Carolina) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 7 assists. The other American import power forward Delvon Johnson (206-89, college: Arkansas, agency: Priority Sports) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international point guard Mihail-Octavian Paul (188-82) replied with 18 points and American power forward Kramer Knutson (205-89, college: Portland) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for CSU Sibiu. CSU Sibiu's coach Dragan Petricevic rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Timisoara have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser CSU Sibiu dropped to the eleventh position with five games lost. Timisoara will face Miercurea Ciuc (#14) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. CSU Sibiu will play against Ploiesti.
