Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Sakarya and bottom-ranked Nigde Turk Telekom had identical 0-4 record. This time Sakarya used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from Nigde 70-47 on Sunday night. The game was mostly controlled by Sakarya. Nigde Turk Telekom was better in fourth quarter 21-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Nigde Turk Telekom to just 3 points in first quarter. Sakarya forced 35 Nigde Turk Telekom turnovers. Sakarya will face higher ranked Sirince (#7) in Hatay in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Nigde Turk Telekom will play at home against Balcova in Izmir and hopes to get finally their first victory.
