Regular Season Round 9: BKK Radnicki - Smederevo 79-59

Everything could happen in Beograd at the game between two tied teams. Both twelfth ranked BKK Radnicki and 13th ranked Smederevo Vizura had identical 2-6 record. This time BKK Radnicki used a home court advantage and smashed the opponent from Smederevo 79-59 on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by BKK Radnicki. Smederevo Vizura was better in second period 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Point guard Bogic Vujosevic (189-92, agency: Beo Basket) stepped up and scored 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and point guard Luka Igrutinovic (193-92) chipped in 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Five BKK Radnicki players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was center Stefan Djordjevic (206-89) with 19 points (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) and guard Strahinja Stojacic (197-92) scored 12 points. BKK Radnicki (3-6) moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Jagodina. Loser Smederevo Vizura keeps the thirteenth position with seven games lost. BKK Radnicki will face KK Jagodina (#12) on the road in the next round. Smederevo Vizura will play against Sloga in Kraljevo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
