Regular Season Round 10: Usak - Vestel 88-83

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Usak (8-2) beat at home 7th ranked Vestel (5-5) 88-83 on Sunday. Vestel was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 28-20 charge of Usak, which allowed them to win the game. Vestel was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American players dominated the game. It was a very good performance for forward Justin Carter (193-87, college: Creighton, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 6 assists. Forward Eric Buckner (208-90, college: Georgia St., agency: David Lee services) contributed with 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Forward Justin Knox (205-89, college: N.Carolina) replied with 24 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and guard Antabia Waller (188-88, college: Auburn) added 28 points and 4 assists in the effort for Vestel. Vestel's coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Usak have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Darussafaka and Maliye Milli. Vestel lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with five games lost. Usak will face Final Genclik (#15) in Bursa in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Vestel will play at home against Istanbulspor (#14).
