Higher League top team - Musson (12-0) managed to deliver another win on Sunday. This time they beat eighth ranked VolinBasket (2-4) in Symferopil 66-57. VolinBasket trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 20-18 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 57-66 at the end of the game. Musson dominated on the defensive end, holding VolinBasket to just 6 points in second quarter. 24 personal fouls committed by VolinBasket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Russian center Dmitri Lipovtsev (207-86) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds for the winners and guard Oleksei Zhuk (187-85) chipped in 17 points.
