Gussing Knights (#5) forced the game against Kapfenberg Bulls (#3) into an overtime, but lost by eleven points 76-87 on Sunday night. The game took place in Gussing. But the guests from Kapfenberg were better at the end. Gussing Knights were trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 4-point lead after three quarters before a 17-13 charge of Kapfenberg Bulls, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Klosterneub. and Gmunden. Gussing Knights at the other side keep the fifth position with four games lost. Kapfenberg Bulls will face UBSC Graz (#7) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Gussing Knights will play against Gmunden Swans in Gmunden and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
