Regular Season Round 11: Amager - SISU 61-79

Dameligaen top team - SISU (10-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they beat sixth ranked Amager (4-7) in Kastrup 79-61. The game without a history. SISU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a quality performance for guard Ida Pretzmann (174-90, college: TCU) who led the winners and scored 30 points and 7 rebounds. Center Iben Soltau (185-86, college: St.Bonaventure) accounted for 13 points for the winning side. SISU's coach Hrannar Holm used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Swingman Catharina Jensen (183-89) came up with 17 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Emilie Fogelstrom (166-92) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Amager in the defeat. The victory was the tenth consecutive win for SISU. Defending champion maintains first place with 10-0 record. Loser Amager keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. SISU will meet Aabyhoj (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Amager will play against the league's second-placed Lemvig and hope to secure a win.
