There was a minor upset when 7th ranked Redwell Gunners Oberwart (4-5) was crushed on the road by ninth ranked UBSC Graz (4-5) 98-69 on Monday. The game without a history. UBSC Graz led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 27-of-32 free shots (84.4 percent) during the game, while Redwell Gunners Oberwart only scored six points from the stripe. UBSC Graz forced 20 Redwell Gunners Oberwart turnovers. Redwell Gunners Oberwart's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. UBSC Graz moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Oberwart and Furstenfeld. UBSC Graz will face league's second-placed Kapfenberg Bulls on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
