Everything went according to plan in Ankara where sixth ranked Yesilgiresun (7-4) outscored 17th ranked Baskent Genclik (2-9) 74-54 on Saturday. The game without a history. Yesilgiresun led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Ismail Cevik (206-81) who scored 17 points and 8 rebounds. American guard Alex Gordon (184-85, college: Vanderbilt) chipped in 10 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Yesilgiresun players scored in double figures. American forward KZell Wesson (201-77, college: La Salle) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 18 rebounds and power forward Eren Ocakturk (204-87, agency: 1x1 Sports) added 13 points respectively for the hosts.
