An interesting game took place in Ludwigsburg where higher ranked TBB Trier (7-4) was upset on the court of seventeenth ranked EnBW Ludwigsburg (4-8) 71-60 on Saturday. TBB Trier's coach Henrik Roedl rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. EnBW Ludwigsburg moved-up to sixteenth place, which they share with Fraport SKY. Loser TBB Trier dropped to the fifth position with four games lost. EnBW Ludwigsburg will face bottom-ranked LTi 46ers (#18) in Giessen in the next round. TBB Trier will play on the road against the league's leader Brose Bask. (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
