Very important is a home loss of third ranked Craiova (8-4) against sixth ranked Ploiesti (8-3) on Sunday night. Host Craiova was crushed by Ploiesti in Craiova 116-92. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Ploiesti have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with Timisoara.
