Leader Lukoil Academik delivered the eighth win on Saturday night. This time they crushed bottom-ranked U20 (0-9) 96-63 in Sofia. The game was mostly controlled by Lukoil Academik. U20 managed to win fourth quarter 27-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding U20 to just 7 points in second quarter. Lukoil Academik dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to U20's 24. Lukoil Academik forced 19 U20 turnovers and outrebounded them 39-23 including a 29-10 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains first place with 8-1 record. Newly promoted U20 still closes the standings with nine games lost.
