An interesting game took place in Adana where higher ranked Botas (7-5) was upset on its own court by tenth ranked Antakya (6-6) 68-61 on Saturday. Botas trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 14-9 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 61-68 at the end of the game. Antakya dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Botas' 30. Antakya forced 19 Botas turnovers. The best player for the winners was American Jolene Anderson (175-86, college: Wisconsin) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists.
