No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked ALBA Berlin (11-5) crushed at home 15th ranked New Yorker Phantoms (6-11) 80-58 on Sunday. The game without a history. ALBA Berlin led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game. ALBA Berlin outrebounded New Yorker Phantoms 32-21 including 24 on the defensive glass. Bosnian forward Nihad Djedovic (198-90, agency: Beo Basket) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). The former international center Yassin Idbihi (209-83, college: Buffalo) contributed with 17 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners.
