Rather predictable result in Dudenhofen where sixth ranked Speyer / Schifferstadt (6-5) outscored 10th ranked Trier (1-10) 83-57 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Speyer / Schifferstadt. Trier was better in second period 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Speyer / Schifferstadt forced 19 Trier turnovers. The best player for the winners was Canadian forward Kathryn Verboom (179-86) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds.
