Regular Season Round 18: BC Vienna - Kapfenberg 73-78

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of BC Vienna (13-3) in Wien on Thursday night. Hosts were defeated by Kapfenberg Bulls (13-3) 78-73. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of BC Vienna. It was a key game for the top position in the league as both teams had the same 12-3 record before this meeting. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Kapfenberg Bulls have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They used an opportunity after BC Vienna lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position which they share with defeated BC Vienna. Kapfenberg Bulls is looking forward to face Gmunden Swans (#3) in Gmunden in the next round, which may be the game of the day. BC Vienna will play on the road against Xion Dukes in Klosterneuburg and is hoping to win this game.
