Very expected game when 9th ranked Spartak Pleven (4-9) lost at home to second ranked Levski Sofia (11-2) 81-68 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Levski Sofia. Spartak Pleven managed to win fourth quarter 25-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Spartak Pleven 43-23 including a 30-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Lukoil Academik. Spartak Pleven at the other side keeps the ninth place with nine games lost.
