The most important game in the last round took place in Frankivsk between second ranked Elizabeth-Basket (8-6) and sixth ranked Frankivsk-Hal. (1-10) on Saturday night. Elizabeth-Basket was defeated by Frankivsk-Hal. in a tough game on the road 72-80. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 40-31 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. It was a good game for guard Katerina Polyanychka (178-90) who led her team to a victory with 24 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists.
