There was a small surprise in Bursa where tenth ranked Final Genclik (9-9) edged 7th ranked Vestel (11-7) 93-91 on Saturday. Vestel was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Americans were the main players on the court. Power forward Sean Carter (205-88, college: Massachusetts) scored 24 points and 9 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and forward Marshall Moses (198-89, college: Oklahoma St.) chipped in 11 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Final Genclik's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was forward Justin Knox (205-89, college: N.Carolina) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and guard Antabia Waller (188-88, college: Auburn) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Final Genclik maintains tenth position with 9-9 record, which they share with Balikesir. Loser Vestel dropped to the fifth place with seven games lost. Final Genclik will face league's second-placed Maliye Milli in Ankara in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Vestel will play at home against Darussafaka in Istanbul and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
