Everything went according to plan when first ranked Budivelnyk (20-7) beat at home bottom-ranked BC Kyiv (6-21) 72-62 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Budivelnyk. BC Kyiv was better in third quarter 17-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
