Regular Season Round 30: Suduva-Mantinga - Delikatesas 82-77

Not a big story in a game when 12th ranked Delikatesas (12-18) lost to fourth ranked Suduva-Mantinga (20-10) in Marijampole 77-82 on Saturday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Guard Zilvinas Kuklierius (180-85) notched 24 points and 5 assists to lead the effort and forward Audrius Mineikis (201-77) supported him with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Suduva-Mantinga's coach Gintautas Zibuda allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even a double-double of 13 points and 14 rebounds by forward Mindaugas Keras (200-85) did not help to save the game for Delikatesas. Swingman Zilvinas Petraitis (194-88) added 18 points. Four Suduva-Mantinga and five Delikatesas players scored in double figures. Suduva-Mantinga maintains fourth position with 20-10 record. Loser Delikatesas keeps the twelfth place with 18 games lost. They share the position with Birstono. Suduva-Mantinga will meet Ezerunas-Karys (#15) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Delikatesas will play against Triobet in Jonava and hope to secure a win.
