Superleague top team - Budivelnyk (22-7) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Hoverla (15-13) in Kyiv 92-79. The game was mostly controlled by Budivelnyk. Hoverla was better in third quarter 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 20-of-25 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game.
