Regular Season Round 28: Horsens IC - Svendborg 95-84

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Svendborg (21-3) on the court of third ranked Horsens IC on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by Horsens IC 95-84. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Svendborg. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 49-35 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Horsens IC forced 23 Svendborg turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Skyler Bowlin (190-89, college: Missouri So.) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 8 assists and 4 steals (made all of his ten free throws !!!). Five Horsens IC and four Svendborg players scored in double figures. Horsens IC maintains third position with 19-6 record having just one points less than leader Svendborg. Svendborg at the other side still keeps top place with three games lost. Horsens IC are looking forward to face SISU (#4) in Copenhagen in the next round. Svendborg will play at home against Vaerlose and is hoping to win this game.
