Very expected game when 13th ranked Samsun (3-17) lost at home to ninth ranked Antakya (9-11) 67-49. The game was mostly controlled by Antakya. Samsun was better in fourth quarter 18-7. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Samsun to just 7 points in second quarter. Antakya forced 22 Samsun turnovers. The best player for the winners was American Jolene Anderson (175-86, college: Wisconsin) who scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Czech Jana Vesela (194-83) chipped in 15 points.
