Very significant was Dynamo's (#1, 18-6) victory against 4th ranked Interkhim (9-15) 84-69. Dynamo made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Interkhim turnovers. American guard Juanita Ward (180-86, college: Syracuse, agency: Merit Sports) scored 21 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard Kimberly Williams (168-74, college: De Paul, agency: Merit Sports) chipped in 17 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Four Dynamo players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was center Yevgeniya Sivakova (192-92) with 11 points and 8 rebounds and forward Kateryna Kovalyova (185-89) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds.
