Everything went according to plan in Dnepropetrovsk where fifth ranked Khimik (20-13) beat 12th ranked Dnipro (12-21) 81-72 on Thursday. Dnipro trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 21-19 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 72-81 at the end of the game. Khimik forced 22 Dnipro turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Montenegrin-Bosnian swingman Suad Sehovic (196-87) fired 18 points for the winners.
