Regular Season Round 22: Stahnsdorf - SU Medien 50-85

Date: March 9, 2013
Very expected game in Stahnsdorf where 12th ranked RSV Eintracht (6-16) was rolled over by sixth ranked Spot Up Medien Baskets (11-11) 85-50 on Saturday. The game without a history. Spot Up Medien Baskets led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Spot Up Medien Baskets forced 28 RSV Eintracht turnovers. Cuban Howard Sant-Roos (200-91) fired 22 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from downtown making all five shots) for the winners. International point guard Dennis Schroeder (181-93) chipped in 21 points and 6 assists. American power forward Trevon Malone (202-88, college: Mississippi Coll.) produced 10 points and 8 rebounds and center Michael Haucke (210-85) added 7 points respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Spot Up Medien Baskets have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place in Group North, which they share with Recklinghausen. RSV Eintracht lost third consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 16 games lost.
