Leader Musson delivered the twentieth fifth win on Sunday night. This time they crushed 5th ranked Tornado (13-15) 91-58 in Symferopil. They outrebounded Tornado 45-31 including 31 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was Russian center Dmitri Lipovtsev (207-86) who had a double-double by scoring 30 points and 11 rebounds. Center Nikola Eromin (207-85) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds. Four Musson players scored in double figures. Forward Igor Meshcheryakov (204-86) produced 12 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Denys Parvadov (198-88) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Musson (25-3) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Newly promoted Musson maintains first place. Tornado lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 15 games lost. Musson are looking forward to face VolinBasket (#4) in Lutsk in the next round. Tornado will play at home against BK Kremen in Kremenchuk and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
