The game with biggest result difference took place in Ankara. Local Baskent Genclik (11-16) beat 16th ranked Pertevniyal (9-18) 81-65 on Sunday night. The game was mostly controlled by Baskent Genclik. Pertevniyal was better in fourth quarter 22-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was American guard Aubrey Reese (183-78, college: Murray St., agency: Interperformances) who scored 23 points and 5 assists. His fellow American import forward KZell Wesson (201-77, college: La Salle) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was center Ramazan Tekin (212-93) who recorded 10 points and 9 rebounds and American guard Dewayne Reed (185-87, college: Auburn, agency: EM-PA) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Four Pertevniyal players scored in double figures. Pertevniyal's coach Alaaddin Yakan rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Baskent Genclik moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with Pi Koleji and Final Genclik. Pertevniyal lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the sixteenth position with 18 games lost. Baskent Genclik will face league's second-placed Yesilgiresun in Giresun in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Pertevniyal will play at home against Bandirma Kir.
