Important game to mention about took place in Sofia. Second ranked Dunav 8806 (16-5) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 3rd placed Levski (12-10) 75-73 in the game for the second place. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Levski. The guests were already 12 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 20-10 Levski's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 75-73 at the end of the game. The former international forward Neli Pasheva (175-81) answered with 16 points and American guard Charel Allen (181-86, college: Notre Dame) added 12 points in the effort for Levski. Four Levski players scored in double figures. Defending champion maintains second place with 16-5 record having five points less than leader Neftochimic. Levski at the other side keeps the third position with ten games lost. Dunav 8806 will play against Haskovo 2012 (#5) at home in the next round. Levski will play against Montana 2003 and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
