Very important is a road loss of third ranked EWE Baskets (17-8) against ninth ranked Phoenix Hagen (14-13) on Friday night. Visiting EWE Baskets were defeated by Phoenix Hagen in a tough game in Hagen 67-73. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of EWE Baskets.
