Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Balikesir (18-13) and Final Genclik (13-18), which took place in Bursa. Higher ranked Balikesir lost to thirteenth ranked Final Genclik in a road game 71-80 on Saturday. Balikesir was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 27-17 charge of Final Genclik, which allowed them to win the game. Newly promoted Balikesir keeps the eighth position with 13 games lost. Final Genclik will meet higher ranked Selcuk Universitesi (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Balikesir will play against Darussafaka (#7) in Istanbul and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
