Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked Siauliai and one of their biggest challengers Juventus had identical 11-8 record. This time Siauliai used a home court advantage and rolled over the opponent from Utena 112-74 on Friday night. The game was mostly controlled by Siauliai. Juventus was better in third quarter 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Siauliai shot 61.5 percent from the field and made 20-of-26 free shots (76.9 percent) during the game. Juventus' coach Rytis Vaisvila gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Siauliai (12-8) moved-up to third place, which they share with Pieno Zvaigzdes. Juventus at the other side dropped to the fifth position with nine games lost.
