Naturalized American swingman Adam Hess (201-81, college: William & Mary, agency: LUMANI 10.7) added 13 points and 9 rebounds for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Bayern Muenchen will meet EnBW Ludwigsburg (#17) on the road in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Phoenix Hagen will play against Artland Dragons (#7) in Quakenbrueck and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
