Semi-Finals Game 3: Szolnok - Atomeromu 87-76

Szolnok held off Atomeromu and raced to a 2-1 lead in the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Szolnok. Atomeromu managed to win third quarter 29-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Atomeromu 48-33 including a 34-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. Szolnok looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard James Florence (185-88, college: Mercer, agency: Pro One Sports) who scored 29 points and 8 rebounds. Bosnian-Montenegrin swingman Sead Sehovic (196-89) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Szolnok's coach Neno Asceric used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was international swingman David Vojvoda (196-90, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) who recorded 23 points and 5 rebounds and American point guard Lorenzo Williams (189-84, college: Rice, agency: Stanley International) added 14 points and 8 assists respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
