The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Universitet-Yugra won third quarter 18-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Aaron McGhee (203-79, college: Oklahoma) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import guard Chris Monroe (191-81, college: G.Washington) who added 12 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side guard Anton Ageev (192-84) responded with 18 points and 5 rebounds and forward Aleksandr Savenkov (205-82) scored 7 points and 15 rebounds. Universitet-Yugra's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
