Regular Season Round 1: Lemvig - Falcon 74-58

Visiting Falcon was defeated by Lemvig in Lemvig 74-58. It looked good early as Falcon took an 5-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Lemvig had a 24-16 second period charge getting the lead and Falcon was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 58-74. Lemvig dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Falcon's 34. They outrebounded Falcon 49-27 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Raven Berry (185, college: SIU Edwardsville) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds (made all of her seven free throws). Her fellow American import forward Emily Hatch (185-89, college: San Diego) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Four Lemvig players scored in double figures. Guard Sofie Vincents (174-87) answered with 13 points and 5 assists and forward Iben Soltau (186-86, college: St.Bonaventure) added 17 points in the effort for Falcon.
