The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 20-11. But Kormend won second period 26-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American guard Nikolas Raivio (192-86, college: Portland) fired a double-double by scoring 28 points and 14 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners. Serbian power forward Nebojsa Dukic (206-85) chipped in 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Montenegrin center Marko Rakocevic (205-83) produced 18 points and naturalized Romanian center Rolland Torok (202-90, agency: TSS Management) added 10 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side.
