But Rovinari was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Sibiu 105-94. CSU Sibiu outrebounded Rovinari 37-21 including 24 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for CSU Sibiu especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.6 percentage. American players dominated the game. The best player for the winners was center Christopher Lee (206-84, college: S.Carolina St., agency: Duran International) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds.
